I “earned” my first beautiful little 110mm camera at the age of 12.

My parents offered to buy it for me if I got the highest academic average in all of my classroom.   No small task…great bribe on their part. It was a win-win situation for me.  I did get the marks and the camera and haven’t put it down since.

I discovered that photography was my passion during a brief stint in Art school.   I never really thought it would ever be a career but here I am, “I haven’t been forced to move to Alberta” and I am still loving it.

Turns out that I am much better with pictures than I am with words.
